UPDATE: Believers Arrested in Uzbekistan Prevented from Meeting + +

Recently, we reported on a group of believers that were arrested during a prayer and worship meeting in one of their homes. The arrest included men, women and children. Although they were released, these Christians have been waiting to learn their legal fate.

While the eight Christian men still have not heard from police, they were called to the local Muslim committee where they were told they were not allowed to hold any more Christian meetings. Local believers suspect one of their fellow Christians is reporting information to the police. As a result, believers are being even more careful and have cancelled some meetings for the time being.

Please pray for the safety of the Christians in this area.

Pray the believers will find opportunity to hold meetings together.

Pray the believers’ legal situation would be resolved quickly and justly.

Child Witnesses Parents’ Arrest in Iran + +

Friends, Iranian believers are requesting prayer for a Christian family following a raid on their home in Mashhad, north-east Iran. Earlier this month, several intelligence agents raided the home of Amir Taleipour (39) and his wife Mahnaz Harati (36). They then arrested Amir and Mahnaz in front of their seven-year-old daughter.

Amir and Mahnaz have been held in detention since their arrest. They have not been allowed to communicate with family members, nor permitted access to legal assistance. Their daughter is now being cared for by family members.

Iranian Christian ministry leaders say they have come to expect increased numbers of arrests of Christians in Iran around Christmas, but that the situation in 2018 is more severe than in recent years.

Please pray that God will comfort Amir and Mahnaz young daughter and keep her from anxiety and fear.

Pray that Amir and Mahnaz will be allowed to communicate with their family, hire a lawyer, and that they will be released soon.

Pray that Amir and Pray that the Lord will comfort and strengthen Amir and Mahnaz to persevere and be faithful witnesses of Christ.

Pray that Christians in Iran will be protected, stay alert and not be intimidated by state security.

Pray that State security will stop targeting citizens on account of their religious beliefs.

In any case, bans like this are worrying because they set dangerous precedents for internet censorship. Patreon’s treatment of Benjamin and Yiannopoulos has shown that you can now be punished by one platform for what you say on another. And you can also be punished for what others say and do, even when you distance yourself from them.

The ‘Patreon purge’, as it has become known, has rightly angered many of its high-profile users, like Sam Harris, and a huge numbers of customers too, many of whom have vowed to boycott the service. YouTuber Dave Rubin and author Jordan Peterson are working to set up alternative crowdfunding platforms to circumvent the Silicon Valley oligopoly.

Welp, laptops lost in pixel space.

Got another stupid windows update, now my system cannot find my wifi adapters. Rebooted, restored, reinstalled, searched via phone got nothing, except I’m not the only one with an issue.

Doesn’t seem widespread as of yet but somethings up, not sure what, started New Years Eve, so 2019 may be the year the Chinese/FANG/policestate social justice scoring system takes affect, just my personal thoughts, nothing concrete though.

The Beginning’s

Genesis 2:6. But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.
7. And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Mankind had its beginning when the first human received his soul from the Father, the Creator breathing life into Adams being. Woman soon followed as well as the fall of mankind with our expulsion from the Garden. From these parents came all mankind, before and after the flood through Noah and his progeney. Science seems to confirm what we already knew.

The world of fallen mankind may want to deny and live in their world of lies but having faith in our Creator and His recorded books gives believers insight most refuse to accept.

Psalms 53:1. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.
2. God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God.
3. Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

While the world looks at the universe without any acceptance of GOD, we can see how their minds have gone backwards and not forward. Their desire is to prove their beliefs without acknowledging the Divine, their lives have become filthy because they refuse to seek God.

In Romans chapter One we read and can get a clearer picture of the worlds view of the Divine:
18. For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19. Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21. Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23. And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

They became vain in their imaginations, placing the creature before the Creator. Today, in the first day of 2019 of the Gregorian calendar, we can see all of the above statements clearly defined around the world, just open any site with newswires and wickedness abounds across the world with little or no mention of our GOD.

All beginnings have an ending, for the faithful the final ending is going to start out harsh, but we retain that promise that when the harsh has passed our Savior will return as King to rule, and wickedness will be done away with.

So from beginning to end, our GOD is in control.
