Dorothy Thompson was an American reporter who judged Hitler as a person of “startling insignificance.” She realized later the mistake in the reporting of American journalists, stating “No people ever recognize their dictator in advance,” she reflected in 1935. “He never stands for election on the platform of dictatorship. He always represents himself as the instrument [of] the Incorporated National Will. When our dictator turns up you can depend on it that he will be one of the boys, and he will stand for everything traditionally American.”

Any correlation to Trumps MAGA cult of personality? Perhaps, we shouldn’t disregard historical comparisons when they’re in our face to see.

Although I agree with lots of what 47 is wanting to accomplish in regards to protecting the border, restoring jobs, reducing taxes and regulations, none of what he’s doing will stand the test of time when it’s done by Executive fiat through Executive Orders. These can be overturned with another administration coming to power. So either he knows this and is doing nothing about it or he is an idiot —>OR<— he is attempting to do as Dorthy Thompson wrote almost a hundred yrs ago, “… and he will stand for everything traditionally American...” and he will bring America into a full fascist state.

He rails against censorship yet he wants to punish those journalists and news organizations that report against his administrations narrative. Although I don’t agree nor read much from the “legacy” media nowadays because of their socialist-progressive bias they still are suppose have the freedom to print their trash. Why copy the sol-progs methods of censorship when you’re suppose to support free speech, unless you are “one of them”, what some call Fabian Socialists, they’re method is plainly put, “infiltrate and legislate”.

Could Trump be adhering to some of the concepts of Fabianism? I don’t know as I’m still researching the topics and sorting through relationships and relevant sources.

I do know that as Hayek wrote in 1944 in his “…The Road to Serfdom…” that government central planning does eventually lead to totalitarian systems of social control. In America this began under FDR and has continued nonstop since, though at various speeds as advocated by the Fabians.

My concern is that Trumps cult of personality will lead to a similar outcome.

His son-in-law, Jared Kushner, who is also a senior adviser to the president, allegedly told a former editor of the newspaper he once owned that the billionaire real-estate mogul didn’t believe his own “birtherism” claims, and only made them to charge up Republicans because they are “stupid,” GQ reported.

During a discussion on how to cover Trump, the former New York Observer editor, Elizabeth Spiers, claimed she told Kushner that she had serious problems with Trump’s repeated claims that Obama was not born in the U.S., to which Kushner allegedly told her: “He doesn’t really believe it, Elizabeth. He just knows Republicans are stupid and they’ll buy it.”

Just some thoughts

As time continues on we are watching an attempt by the current administration to transform parts of our failing behemoth of a government. As I mentioned in an earlier post, although I don’t particularly care for the Don, I do applaud some of the policies he is introducing and doing.

Unlike several previous administrations he is trying to keep some of his initial campaign promises which I think is good but I have little faith in this current system. The deep state is entrenched at all levels of government, federal, state, and local.

DEI for one, state and local governments can and will continue observing those asinine policies as will corporations and businesses. There is the separation of powers that still remains in the Constitution, albeit only a shadow, but regardless it remains and is essential in a Republic. The president isn’t a king and doesn’t reign supreme. His powers and authority are still limited by Constitutional restraint, even if it’s not practiced.

The things being done by executive order can be undone by the next incoming Administration, that’s why we shouldn’t place much faith that these “Orders” will remain long. There may be initial benefits and if they remain there’ll be longterm benefits to the nation, buts that’s one of those ify things in politics.

Freeing the J6ers and the prolifers and the silk road guy I applaud, the border and the attempt at trimming the fat from Washington’s backside, applaud that as well, killing wokeism, another thumbs up. But one thing seems to be missing, his call for national repentance…

Why call for a day of national repentance? Why not? Hasn’t our nation sinned? Haven’t we as a people turned our back away from the Father and the Son? Hasn’t the moral fabric of our society been ripped away bit by bit for sixty plus years now? Are we so arrogant to think that our nations greatness is a result of the people alone?

America needs to humble itself and repent, asking our GOD for forgiveness. Then and only then will America be great again.

THE LAWFUL RIGHT OF SELF DEFENSE AGAINST UNLAWFUL ARREST

ATTENTION: We are in no way affirming the right for citizens to take the life of law enforcement officer, what we are presenting is the simple fact that citizens DO HAVE the legal right to defend themselves against unlawful arrest up and including taking the life of an offending officer.

“These principles apply as well to an officer attempting to make an
arrest, who abuses his authority and transcends the bounds thereof by the
use of unnecessary force and violence, as they do to a private individual
who unlawfully uses such force and violence.”

“Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting
officer’s life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. This premise
was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad
Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529. The Court stated: “Where the officer is killed
in the course of the disorder which naturally accompanies an attempted
arrest that is resisted, the law looks with very different eyes upon the
transaction, when the officer had the right to make the arrest, from what
it does if the officer had no right. What may be murder in the first case
might be nothing more than manslaughter in the other, or the facts might
show that no offense had been committed.”

“An arrest made with a defective warrant, or one issued without affidavit,
or one that fails to allege a crime is within jurisdiction, and one who is
being arrested, may resist arrest and break away. lf the arresting officer
is killed by one who is so resisting, the killing will be no more than an
involuntary manslaughter.” Housh v. People, 75 111. 491; reaffirmed and
quoted in State v. Leach, 7 Conn. 452; State v. Gleason, 32 Kan. 245;
Ballard v. State, 43 Ohio 349; State v Rousseau, 241 P. 2d 447; State v.
Spaulding, 34 Minn. 3621.

“When a person, being without fault, is in a place where he has a right to
be, is violently assaulted, he may, without retreating, repel by force,
and if, in the reasonable exercise of his right of self defense, his
assailant is killed, he is justified.” Runyan v. State, 57 Ind. 80; Miller
v. State, 74 Ind. 1.

“These principles apply as well to an officer attempting to make an
arrest, who abuses his authority and transcends the bounds thereof by the
use of unnecessary force and violence, as they do to a private individual
who unlawfully uses such force and violence.” Jones v. State, 26 Tex. App.
I; Beaverts v. State, 4 Tex. App. 1 75; Skidmore v. State, 43 Tex. 93,
903.

“An illegal arrest is an assault and battery. The person so attempted to
be restrained of his liberty has the same right to use force in defending
himself as he would in repelling any other assault and battery.” (State v.
Robinson, 145 ME. 77, 72 ATL. 260).

“Each person has the right to resist an unlawful arrest. In such a case,
the person attempting the arrest stands in the position of a wrongdoer and
may be resisted by the use of force, as in self- defense.” (State v.
Mobley, 240 N.C. 476, 83 S.E. 2d 100).

“One may come to the aid of another being unlawfully arrested, just as he
may where one is being assaulted, molested, raped or kidnapped. Thus it is
not an offense to liberate one from the unlawful custody of an officer,
even though he may have submitted to such custody, without resistance.”
(Adams v. State, 121 Ga. 16, 48 S.E. 910).

“Story affirmed the right of self-defense by persons held illegally. In
his own writings, he had admitted that ‘a situation could arise in which
the checks-and-balances principle ceased to work and the various branches
of government concurred in a gross usurpation.’ There would be no usual
remedy by changing the law or passing an amendment to the Constitution,
should the oppressed party be a minority. Story concluded, ‘If there be
any remedy at all … it is a remedy never provided for by human
institutions.’ That was the ‘ultimate right of all human beings in extreme
cases to resist oppression, and to apply force against ruinous
injustice.’” (From Mutiny on the Amistad by Howard Jones, Oxford
University Press, 1987, an account of the reading of the decision in the
case by Justice Joseph Story of the Supreme Court.

As for grounds for arrest: “The carrying of arms in a quiet, peaceable,
and orderly manner, concealed on or about the person, is not a breach of
the peace. Nor does such an act of itself, lead to a breach of the peace.”
(Wharton’s Criminal and Civil Procedure, 12th Ed., Vol.2: Judy v. Lashley,
5 W. Va. 628, 41 S.E. 197)

Eight Traits of the Disinformationalist

1) Avoidance. They never actually discuss issues head-on or provide constructive input, generally avoiding citation of references or credentials. Rather, they merely imply this, that, and the other. Virtually everything about their presentation implies their authority and expert knowledge in the matter without any further justification for credibility.

2) Selectivity. They tend to pick and choose opponents carefully, either applying the hit-and-run approach against mere commentators supportive of opponents, or focusing heavier attacks on key opponents who are known to directly address issues. Should a commentator become argumentative with any success, the focus will shift to include the commentator as well.

3) Coincidental. They tend to surface suddenly and somewhat coincidentally with a new controversial topic with no clear prior record of participation in general discussions in the particular public arena involved. They likewise tend to vanish once the topic is no longer of general concern. They were likely directed or elected to be there for a reason, and vanish with the reason.

4) Teamwork. They tend to operate in self-congratulatory and complementary packs or teams. Of course, this can happen naturally in any public forum, but there will likely be an ongoing pattern of frequent exchanges of this sort where professionals are involved. Sometimes one of the players will infiltrate the opponent camp to become a source for straw man or other tactics designed to dilute opponent presentation strength.

5) Anti-conspiratorial. They almost always have disdain for ‘conspiracy theorists’ and, usually, for those who in any way believe JFK was not killed by LHO. Ask yourself why, if they hold such disdain for conspiracy theorists, do they focus on defending a single topic discussed in a NG focusing on conspiracies? One might think they would either be trying to make fools of everyone on every topic, or simply ignore the group they hold in such disdain.Or, one might more rightly conclude they have an ulterior motive for their actions in going out of their way to focus as they do.

6) Artificial Emotions. An odd kind of ‘artificial’ emotionalism and an unusually thick skin — an ability to persevere and persist even in the face of overwhelming criticism and unacceptance. This likely stems from intelligence community training that, no matter how condemning the evidence, deny everything, and never become emotionally involved or reactive. The net result for a disinfo artist is that emotions can seem artificial.

Most people, if responding in anger, for instance, will express their animosity throughout their rebuttal. But disinfo types usually have trouble maintaining the ‘image’ and are hot and cold with respect to pretended emotions and their usually more calm or unemotional communications style. It’s just a job, and they often seem unable to ‘act their role in character’ as well in a communications medium as they might be able in a real face-to-face conversation/confrontation. You might have outright rage and indignation one moment, ho-hum the next, and more anger later — an emotional yo-yo.

With respect to being thick-skinned, no amount of criticism will deter them from doing their job, and they will generally continue their old disinfo patterns without any adjustments to criticisms of how obvious it is that they play that game — where a more rational individual who truly cares what others think might seek to improve their communications style, substance, and so forth, or simply give up.

7) Inconsistent. There is also a tendency to make mistakes which betray their true self/motives. This may stem from not really knowing their topic, or it may be somewhat ‘freudian’, so to speak, in that perhaps they really root for the side of truth deep within.

I have noted that often, they will simply cite contradictory information which neutralizes itself and the author. For instance, one such player claimed to be a Navy pilot, but blamed his poor communicating skills (spelling, grammar, incoherent style) on having only a grade-school education. I’m not aware of too many Navy pilots who don’t have a college degree. Another claimed no knowledge of a particular topic/situation but later claimed first-hand knowledge of it.

8) Time Constant. Recently discovered, with respect to News Groups, is the response time factor. There are three ways this can be seen to work, especially when the government or other empowered player is involved in a cover up operation:

a) ANY NG posting by a targeted proponent for truth can result in an IMMEDIATE response. The government and other empowered players can afford to pay people to sit there and watch for an opportunity to do some damage. SINCE DISINFO IN A NG ONLY WORKS IF THE READER SEES IT – FAST RESPONSE IS CALLED FOR, or the visitor may be swayed towards truth.

b) When dealing in more direct ways with a disinformationalist, such as email, DELAY IS CALLED FOR – there will usually be a minimum of a 48-72 hour delay. This allows a sit-down team discussion on response strategy for best effect, and even enough time to ‘get permission’ or instruction from a formal chain of command.

c) In the NG example 1) above, it will often ALSO be seen that bigger guns are drawn and fired after the same 48-72 hours delay – the team approach in play. This is especially true when the targeted truth seeker or their comments are considered more important with respect to potential to reveal truth. Thus, a serious truth sayer will be attacked twice for the same sin.

Christian Churches Must Join Together to Begin Fixing America

There is great power in numbers. The voice of 170 million U.S. Christians joining together to save our country and our children will be hard to ignore.

We must go beyond our church walls and join with all churches in our towns and cities to fix our country. Our voices must be louder than the voices of the bad guys who now shape America.

We need to influence school boards, city councils, and public officials.

If we create a country of children who have values and morals we will see great changes in our schools, on our streets, and in our society.

070421.com is not an organization. We are a call to action. We are establishing a starting date for Christian churches to join together as one and begin fixing our country.

Thousands to march on Washington in solidarity with persecuted Christians

MARCH FOR THE MARTYRS

The organizers of the September 25 March for the Martyrs hope to raise awareness of the plight of the most persecuted religious group in the world.

Gia Chacón, the founder of the non-profit organization For the Martyrs, is on a mission to spread the word that the Christians are dying for their faith in unprecedented numbers. 

To that end she is organizing a “March for the Martyrs” to be held in Washington, DC, on September 25.

“We believe knowledge inspires action— the more people who are aware of the crisis of Christian persecution, the more that can be done to aid the suffering faithful,” she told Aleteia.

That knowledge is based on what Chacón has witnessed in her travels to the world’s most dangerous places to be a Christian, from East Africa to the Middle East. 

It’s also founded in the work that humanitarian organizations have done to document persecution and violations of religious freedom around the world.

Christians, the world’s most persecuted religious group

According to a recent report from Aid to the Church in Need, almost 340 million Christians — that’s one in eight — suffer some form of persecution, ranging in severity from harassment to murder.

Christian martyrdom is far from a thing of the past. The humanitarian organization Open Doors reports that more than 4,000 Christians were murdered for their faith in 2018.

Called to help persecuted Christians

In 2017, at the age of 20, Chacón was working in the cosmetics industry when she felt a need to find a greater purpose in her life. She took some time off and joined her grandmother, Michelle Corral, in Egypt where she was engaged in humanitarian and missionary work.

John Burger reported in Aleteia that while living among Egyptian Christians, Chacón was inspired to devote her life to helping persecuted Christians:

“It was in Egypt, traveling with my grandmother, that I experienced the face of the persecuted Church for the first time. I realized that there are Christians suffering for their faith, and that these were not just the older generation, but people my age were willing to risk everything for their faith, willing to risk their lives to go to church, to serve Christ and live their lives for the Gospel,” said Chacón.

On September 20, the first March for the Martyrs was held in Long Beach, California. Hundreds of people from many Christian denominations took part, including the actor Jonathan Roumie, who plays Jesus in the popular series The Chosen.

Roumie addressed the marchers, recalling America’s founding and his own family’s experience as Christians in Egypt.

The United States was founded by men and women who fled religious persecution,” he said. “My own father left Egypt in the 60s because of religious persecution. He brought his family over in search of a better life.”

“The fact that we can be here praising Jesus’ name together without apology deserves a round of applause. God called you here to celebrate with us, to march with us,” said Roumie.

12. It is an abomination to kings to commit wickedness: for the throne is established by righteousness.

In the west the majority of countries don’t have kings as rulers, but I think this Scripture could also apply simply to rulers.

Leadership is established by doing what is fair, just, and equitable for all citizens. When rulers commit wickedness its an abomination, something that most refuse to or cannot see or understand.

In the USA many in positions of leadership use that position for personal gain, disregarding the very rules and/or laws they desire others to obey. Many have given into greed and other vices, losing all sense of moral clarity. This is also happening inside the Church.

Whereas the Churches use to be the center for defining acceptable societal norms and vices, nowadays the center has moved to the governmental funded educational systems. The Church has failed in its outreach to their local communities, instead turning inward. Church ministries for everybody and everything, sin is marginalized, repentance is trivialized and the heart of this nation whithers.

So wickedness is an abomination, if I may, to both kings and those in leadership positions, secular or religious. Now we are experiencing the fruit of their labor.

Abstract

Since the start of the COVID-19 outbreak, the race for testing new platforms designed to confer immunity against SARS-CoV-2, has been rampant and unprecedented, leading to emergency authorization of various vaccines. Despite progress on early multidrug therapy for COVID-19 patients, the current mandate is to immunize the world population as quickly as possible. The lack of thorough testing in animals prior to clinical trials, and authorization based on safety data generated during trials that lasted less than 3.5 months, raise questions regarding the safety of these vaccines. The recently identified role of SARS-CoV-2 glycoprotein Spike for inducing endothelial damage characteristic of COVID-19, even in absence of infection, is extremely relevant given that most of the authorized vaccines induce the production of Spike glycoprotein in the recipients. Given the high rate of occurrence of adverse effects, and the wide range of types of adverse effects that have been reported to date, as well as the potential for vaccine-driven disease enhancement, Th2-immunopathology, autoimmunity, and immune evasion, there is a need for a better understanding of the benefits and risks of mass vaccination, particularly in the groups that were excluded in the clinical trials. Despite calls for caution, the risks of SARS-CoV-2 vaccination have been minimized or ignored by health organizations and government authorities. We appeal to the need for a pluralistic dialogue in the context of health policies, emphasizing critical questions that require urgent answers if we wish to avoid a global erosion of public confidence in science and public health.

Yeah, guess those who worship fear aren’t concerned about this either, ….It has now been proposed that vaccination with ChAdOx1-nCov-19 can result in immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT) mediated by platelet-activating antibodies against Platelet factor-4, which clinically mimics autoimmune heparin-induced thrombocytopenia [29]. Unfortunately, the risk was overlooked when authorizing these vaccines….

Yeah well, I suppose all of those virtue signalling wokefolk won’t be to happy to read this part either, ….SARS-CoV-2 is a fast-evolving RNA virus that has so far produced more than 40,000 variants [32,33] some of which affect the antigenic domain of Spike glycoprotein [34,35]. Given the high mutation rates, vaccine-induced synthesis of high levels of anti-SARS-CoV-2-Spike antibodies could theoretically lead to suboptimal responses against subsequent infections by other variants in vaccinated individuals [36], a phenomenon known as “original antigenic sin” [37] or antigenic priming [38]. ….. yeah that kinda sucks, guess taking the mRNA shot lowers their resistant to those 40000+ variants, “coughs” –>suboptimal responses against subsequent infections by other variants in vaccinated individuals [36],.so wokefolk, you may want to check out potential methods of body disposals ’cause you’re more likely to die from this than the non-jabbers, jus’ sayin.

Oh yeah, something else for those fearporn loving mindless wokefolk, about children getting the vax,…There is a lack of scientific justification for subjecting healthy children to experimental vaccines, given that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that they have a 99.997% survival rate if infected with SARS-CoV-2. Not only is COVID-19 irrelevant as a threat to this age group, but there is no reliable evidence to support vaccine efficacy or effectiveness in this population or to rule out harmful side effects of these experimental vaccines.... not sure wokefolk wanna hear that, truth doesn’t seem to be able to penetrate their shell of fear.

Also, at the end these questions need to be asked,

  • Is it known whether cross-reactive antibodies from previous coronavirus infections or vaccine206 induced antibodies may influence the risk of unintended pathogenesis following vaccination with COVID-19?
  • Has the specific risk of ADE, immunopathology, autoimmunity, and serious adverse reactions been clearly disclosed to vaccine recipients to meet the medical ethics standard of patient understanding for informed consent? If not, what are the reasons, and how could it be implemented?
  • What is the rationale for administering the vaccine to every individual when the risk of dying from COVID-19 is not equal across age groups and clinical conditions and when the phase 3 trials excluded the elderly, children and frequent specific conditions?
  • What are the legal rights of patients if they are harmed by a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine? Who will cover the costs of medical treatment? If claims were to be settled with public money, has the public been made aware that the vaccine manufacturers have been granted immunity, and their responsibility to compensate those harmed by the vaccine has been transferred to the tax-payers?

So some thought should be given if you haven’t gotten the jab yet, and moreso if you’ve already done so because out of believing the fearporn you’re allowing yourself to be an experimental piece of meat for big pharma, possibly exposing yourself and others to more danger that some virus that has a 99% + survival rate is most groups. So enjoy the butthurt when truth slaps your hind quarters.

Just & Unjust Resistance

In the old American educational institutions, before the ascent of the “Cancel Culture” & the “Wokeism Cult”, people were taught and some may remember this quote:

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

These hallowed words begin one of the most  enduring & influential documents in modern history, the American Declaration of Independence.

The lists of reasons & causes follow in a detailed explanation of why resistance was necessary and armed revolt was the end result. Yet with all of the atrocities being committed against those of early America, most Pastors and Christians today cannot honestly give you an answer as to whether the violent resistance against tyranny was just or justified.

I’ve asked Pastors & Ministers, laypeople and part time pew warmers, and most either cannot or will not commit an answer to the affirmative, it’s either a resounding no or I don’t know. Yet in times past liberty was often mixed with & often preached taught from the pulpit.

The Americans combine the notions of Christianity and of Liberty so intimately in their minds that it is impossible to make them conceive the one without the other.

 “In every quiet little valley and sequestered nook in New England, the pastor had taught the doctrines of freedom, and preached the duty of resistance to oppression” (Headley, Joel Tyler, The Chaplains and Clergy of the Revolution, New York: Scribner, 1854, pg.17). 

We have lived to see the time when British liberty is just ready to expire—when the constitution of government which has so long been the glory and strength of the English nation is deeply undermined and ready to tumble into ruins—when America is threatened with cruel oppression and the arm of power is stretched out against New England, especially this colony, to compel us to submit to the arbitrary acts of legislators who are not our representatives, and who will not bear the least part of the burdens which, without mercy, they are laying upon us (Thornton, John Wingate. The Pulpit of the American Revolution: or the Political Sermons of the Period of 1776, Boston: Gould and Lincoln, 1860, pg. 235).

Early did the first settlers of this country discover a due concern, a provident care for themselves and posterity, in making the best provisions in their power for safety and defense. No sooner was society formed and civil government established, but, even in their infant state, they made it their care to put the militia of the country upon a respectable footing (Kennedy, Dr. James, They Preached Liberty, FL: Coral Ridge Ministries, pg. 60).

There are hundreds if not thousands of quotes from the founders and others which can give a clear picture of where Christians stood and what their perception of a just struggle entailed. They understood the liberty we received from Christ was liberty from the oppression of sin, but they inculcated the ideas of liberty from tyranny with a fervor rarely seen in our day, understanding that tyrannical governments were also evil. Yes those early days still had the blight of slavery infecting America but those sins were paid for with over 600,000 people killed during the Civil War, all our nations collective sins can be and have been rectified either in wars or courts. Ours was a system designed where the majority wasn’t suppose to oppress the minority, but those checks & balances have been destroyed.

The liberty enshrined & codified in our founding documents allow freedom of religion to worship, also allowing ones choice not to be religious. Freedom of speech, of association, use of property, rights to seek a redress of grievances, the writ of habeas corpus, along with delegated authority & limited government, these and other rights are individual and enduring all generations. We need to recognize these rights as God given and should be defended through all legal means, and lastly through the use of organized force if necessary.

If we deny these rights & the rights the founders helped to establish & codify, then we do not deserve the liberty they secured for us.

So is resistance justified? I believe at times it is.

Russians Pressure U.S. Forces in Northeast Syria

WASHINGTON — Russia is intensifying a pressure campaign on U.S. military forces in northeastern Syria following the American withdrawal from much of that area ahead of a Turkish cross-border offensive last fall, American military and diplomatic officials say.

Russian military personnel have increasingly had run-ins with U.S. troops on highways in the region, breaking agreements between the two countries to steer clear of each other. Russian helicopters are flying closer to American troops. And on Wednesday, a U.S.-led convoy returned fire after it came under attack near a checkpoint manned by forces loyal to President Bashar al-Assad of Syria, who are backed by Russia.

American officials say these actions by Russian personnel and their Syrian allies are devised to present a constant set of challenges, probes and encroachments to slowly create new facts on the ground and make the U.S. military presence there more tenuous. About 500 American troops remain deployed in Syria with a mission to protect oil fields and help fight remnants of the Islamic State.

“These are not daily occurrences but they have been increasing in number, and thus is troubling,” James F. Jeffrey, the top American diplomat overseeing Syria issues, told reporters last week.
